All Night Long

Funny how I'm now dealing with insomnia after reading a book about fear of the dark. This is a departure for Krentz. It's still a romance but do you remember when Catherine Coulter started her cross-over to main stream fiction with the FBI series? That's the feel that I got from this book. Face it, most romance novels do not delve into sexual abuse, pedophilia, murder, and misogynistic families. I think the accusation of psych problems on the part of the hero's family were a bit overdramatic and the plot would have been great without them, it did add to family tension and make for a great exit scene. If this is the start of a cross-over to mainstream fiction, it's a great plot.
